CANCELLATION POLICY
🚨 ENCHANTED ESSENCE SALON CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨 To respect the time of our stylists and clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: ⏰ 48-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. 🚫 No Call / No Show Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 🔁 One Cancellation Limit Clients are allowed one cancellation within a 30-day period. Additional cancellations may result in booking restrictions. 💳 Deposits All deposits are non-refundable Deposits may be transferred ONE time within 30 days of the original appointment. 📅 Rescheduling Window Appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original date If not rescheduled within that timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 🌧️ Special Considerations Management may make exceptions for inclement weather or emergency situations at our discretion. ✨ Thank you for respecting our time and helping us maintain a smooth, professional salon environment.
